【Journal】Pinxi- Make Your Wishes Fly High

Pinxi-You can fly your own sky lanterns, seeing Shifen water fall, and you can also enjoy the different old street style. 

       There are only 4 train-branch line left in Taiwan recently, and Pinxi is the one of the four. When you are on the train, you will feel peaceful, especially looking the scenery passing by. Tourists need to spend some time on the transportation. Even so, you will know everything is worthy.
        The day we chose to visit Pinxi is not beautiful sunny day, but small rain made the place looking more mysterious and romantic. Our main purpose was to fly sky lanterns and take our Japanese friends to explore the beautiful place near Taipei.

Tourists can transport to Pinxi at Ruifang station.

Train station with old style. At that time, I really wanted to go down to the rail to take pictures.

Look! Even the train is filled with traditional Japanese style. 

 We got off at Shifen station because we wanted to take a walk. Shifen water fall was our first stop. 

This was the first sight of the water fall. Not very big but delicate. 

This is the scenery we saw at the best spot of a pavilion which is the best place to see the water fall.

The last stop was the sky lantern. There are many sky lantern stores, and all of them are full of people. In the store, you can see many professional sky lanterns hanged on the ceiling. 

 

This is the lantern we draw. The main meaning is the friendship between the Japanese friends and us. 

Last step is to fly the sky lantern, which means your wishes will come true.
